● Who Are We ●

We’re Kian and Gracie, first-generation farmers, and along with my parents we established Whistle Hill Beef & Dairy in 2024 here in West Cornwall. Our aim is simple: sustainably raise grass-fed beef and pork and produce fresh milk, keeping everything as local as possible.

Our Jersey and Dexter cattle graze Cornish pasture the slow, natural way, and our Tamworth pigs root and roam outdoors. We use regenerative methods, rotational grazing, planned field rest, and living roots to improve biodiversity and build soil health.

Nothing travels far here, the animals are reared, butchered, and packed within 25 miles of the farm, cutting food miles and preserving freshness. It’s small-scale, hands-on farming, we know every field and every animal, and we put our name to every box.

We choose traditional breeds for flavour and welfare. Jersey cows give rich, golden milk, Dexter cattle are hardy and produce deeply beefy, well-marbled meat, Tamworth pigs thrive outdoors, yielding naturally sweet, succulent pork.

Their calm temperaments suit our low-stress, pasture-led approach, and their smaller frames fit our fields so grass recovers faster. Paired with regenerative grazing and short food miles, you get honest Cornish taste in every box.

At Whistle Hill Farm we raise Jersey & Dexter cattle on grass and keep Tamworth pigs here in West Cornwall. Every cut is prepared by skilled local butchers and packed for freshness.
